CMH Essentials is not, and will not be, liable to you for any claims, causes of action or damages (including without limitation any direct, compensatory, special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages) arising out of CMH Essentials performance of services or provision of products, or for consequential economic damages or consequential damages to person or property, including damages arising from any acts, omissions, or negligence on the part of CMH Essentials, its agents or employees. In purchasing products from CMH Essentials, you expressly release and discharge CMH Essentials from all such claims, causes of action and damages. You further acknowledge that CMH Essentials does not guarantee delivery dates.
